The consultation link opens the practice's existing free-consult landing page. Reading this guide or opening that page does not submit a request. A submitted request and a confirmed appointment are separate events.

If you are already receiving care, ask your treating team about your actual plan and instructions. Changing practices during an active course is a different task from reading an explanation.
